How long until it arrives?
Every planter is made to order, so there is a short window to finish and pack it before it ships. Your confirmation email carries the tracking link as soon as it leaves.
What size are they?
Each planter lists its own measurements on its product page - they vary quite a bit across the four. Fran stands tallest; Ann is the smallest and is built to sit on a shelf edge.
Do I need to repot my plant?
No. Most people drop the nursery pot straight into the opening and leave it there, which also makes watering easier. Check the opening size on the product page against your pot first.
Can I choose the finish?
Yes - pick it at checkout. Fran comes in eight outfits, Ann in three faces, and Lew in two colours. The options are on each product page.
What if I do not like it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Message us from the contact page and we will sort it out - no forms and no questions.
